Jorge Lopez
President
Jorge Lopez is an experienced construction professional with over a decade of industry & leadership experience. Mr. Lopez has been responsible for designing, constructing, renovating, and maintaining a variety of complex construction projects for government and commercial clients throughout the United States in excess of $100M. Mr. Lopez possesses high standards and has an innovative approach to the construction industry, including systems, procedures, key performance measures, and various management tools necessary to ensure high levels of performance.

A manager with 17+ years of experience, offering a unique global perspective, entrepreneurial drive, proven success, and performance. Viewed as a respected and trusted liaison by worldwide clientele to transact business with the utmost of integrity while raising and managing hundreds of millions of dollars in projects, trades, and client portfolio. Advanced knowledge in Consumer, Commercial and International Banking.
Tanya Ramos
Accounting Manager
Tanya is an experienced construction accounting manager with over 15 years in the industry. Ms. Ramos has worked in the construction industry for over 20 years in various roles and capacities from, Field Operations, Project Management, Office Manager and Construction Accounting. Ms. Ramos responsibilities consist of A/R, A/P budgeting, financials, forecasting, invoice, expense reports, payment transactions and office management. Ms. Ramos is skilled in bank reconciliations, month-end closing reports, accounts receivable, accounts payable processes and management.

Lim has 20+ years of experience as a senior executive in project management, project implementation, cost engineering and field engineering experiences. His vast knowledge and experience translates into his ability to achieve strategic and team problem solving solutions for better project delivery in the field of business development construction and
Yesid Guatame Lopez
Project Manager
Construction Project Manager, experience on new construction commercial and residential, remodeling, structural and steel iron, concrete, structure metallic, private roads, Civil roads (Sewerage and storm Line), as well as constructive adaptations in the public and private sector. With knowledge and skills in administration, management, construction, control and maintenance of infrastructure projects, read and good understanding blueprints, work scheduling, estimator and budgeting, field supervision and coordination, experience with BIM model Coordination and Leed Projects.

Skilled in managing projects of 100k to over $50M from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
